Stainless steel. Designed for situations where a standard straight edge cannot be used to measure a close shoe or dispute.

How to use the R-Gauge:

• Place the legs of the R-Gauge against the points of the shoe being measured.
• Lean the tool against the stake.
• Shine a light from the opposite side and look for an unbroken beam of light between the stake and the R-Gauge at the second bar of the tool.
  • If you see an unbroken beam of light, it is a ringer.
  • If the top of the R-Gauge does not touch the stake, it is not a ringer.
